  • What is your return/refund policy?
    You have 30 days from the date of receipt of a card to notify us of a problem. We accept returns/refunds when if there is a defect with a card. Defects do not include minor variations of cards since all cards are handmade and touched by human hands. Defects include problems such as misprints, wrong colors. Defects do not include, but are not limited to: prints preapproved by the customer, colors/embellishments with variations in hues, size, dimension, manufacturer changes.
